Car Plunges Into Hotel Pool in Mani, All Occupants Escape Unharmed
A car crashed into a hotel swimming pool in the Mani region, likely due to a driving error, causing alarm among nearby guests but resulting in no injuries, authorities said. According to initial reports, the vehicle ended up in the pool under circumstances still being investigated, with early indications pointing to driver error. Immediately after the crash, the woman driving the car managed to free a young boy, two other passengers and a small dog that had been inside the vehicle. Guests staying in nearby accommodations heard a loud noise and rushed to the scene, where they found the car submerged in the pool. Despite the shock of the incident, it ended without serious consequence, as all occupants were confirmed to be in good health with no reported injuries. Footage aired by Greek broadcaster Mega captured the moment the car plunged into the pool, along with the chaotic scenes that followed.
